The staff was friendly and accommodating. My hair looked great after a wash and steam with the essence. Not pushy to sign up for packages, although that may be because I don’t have hair fall issues.
Have not push the customer to purchase any package or products. Value for money. She just advise and I am interested.. Since I have no budget to buy your product this month… I surely will come again next time.. All the best Miracle Hair Expert!.
The consultant (Mona) was really friendly and explained about the consultation and process well. She was still friendly even when we refused to get their package.
